License Agreement

1. Grant of License

WelarithTEAM ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Welarith game software ("Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement.

This license is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may install and use the Software on a reasonable number of devices that you own or control for your personal use.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated materials, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, text, code, and documentation, are the exclusive property of WelarithTEAM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with WelarithTEAM. This License Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

3. Permitted Uses

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are permitted to:

• Install and run the Software on your personal computer or device
• Create backup copies of the Software for archival purposes
• Use the Software for your personal entertainment
• Share screenshots or gameplay videos for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit WelarithTEAM

4. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing the Software or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Software
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Software
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Renting, leasing, lending, or sublicensing the Software
• Using the Software for any commercial purpose without express written permission
• Using the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures or copy protection mechanisms

5. Updates and Modifications

WelarithTEAM may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. By using the Software, you agree to receive such updates.

WelarithTEAM reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Software or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Software allows you to create, upload, or share content:

• You retain ownership of any original content you create
• You grant WelarithTEAM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Software
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant such license
• You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all use of the Software
• You must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession
• All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WelarithTEAM does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WELARITHTEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WELARITHTEAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. The Software may be subject to export restrictions. You agree not to export or re-export the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WelarithTEAM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WelarithTEAM regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

14. Amendments

WelarithTEAM reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or our website. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.

16. Acknowledgment

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
