By accessing and using Welarith ("the Game") and its associated website ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Welarith is a story-driven puzzle platformer game developed and published by WelarithTEAM. The Service includes the game software, website, and any related services provided by WelarithTEAM.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WelarithTEAM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Game on your personal computer or device
  • Use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
  • Access and use the website and related services

This license does not include the right to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Create derivative works based on the Game
